Don't Mess Up With The Energy!

Everything in this universe, from sleeping to thinking, eating to talking, can be explained on the basis of one thing, ENERGY. You think I am referring to the Physics "Work, power, energy" chapter? Well, you are right and wrong. Energy is omnipresent. It is more powerful than you could ever imagine. It is not just used in the Mechanical world, but I strongly argue that the entire spiritual world works on the principle of Energy- positive and negative. It is too much for me to see bad incidents happening to people around me just because they attracted negative energy. All those incidents could have been easily avoided, they could have never ever happened! That one small thought, doubt , fear, regret, jealousy can attract tremendous joules (couldn't avoid using this word!) of negative energy. To those people who say "Our lives have already been written by the holy hands of "God" and we cannot alter that which has to come ", I respect your beliefs but please try to understand what I am saying. If God has already written our lives, assuming your God loves you, why couldn't He (or She) just draft good things ? Why make you go through so much pain? Believe it or not, your life is under your control. Everything that happens to you, is an effect of your decisions, big and small, your thoughts, your beliefs, your choices. Thinking that your life is in the hands of a supernatural being, whose existence is not yet proven, is playing the victim card. It shows that you are not strong enough to own your life.

Having said that, how does energy come into the picture? I devised a theory, it may or may not be true but it comes straight from my inner spirit. Something told me this needs to be known by every human being. I believe the universe--winds, trees, water, fire, etc. , work in unison to make everything happen. So when the universe makes things happen, there is energy involved. The universe knows us very well. It makes the energy flow as and when and where it feels like. When we generate negative energy around us, the universe also works negatively and makes negative things happen to us. The google definition of energy says "Energy is how things change and move. It's everywhere around us and takes all sorts of forms." I would like to share something which happened to me a few months ago. I had gone out of station on an urgent basis, we had been staying there for about ten days already. I had accumulated enough of backlogs, so I asked my Dad to book tickets for the next day. He booked them and then my Aunt said that the next day wasn't a "good day" to travel. She said that something bad will happen if we travel on that day. After a heated discussion, thanks to my stubbornness, we decided not to cancel the tickets. We reached our home and guess what? I got sick. I had a high fever and did nothing except sleep for three days. Now tell me, why did this happen? Was it because it really was a bad day to travel? Of course not! My aunt attracted negative energy which made the universe flow the negative energy towards me. It made the germs attack my body , thus making me sick. Sounds too dramatic, but it is indeed the truth. In fact all superstitions work on this principle.

How to get rid of negative energy? One trick I found out was to replace it with positive energy. For example, if you think you will fail in your examination, tell yourself with faith that you will pass with flying colors. You should also find the roots of your negative energy and work on it. Everyday, after waking up and before sleeping, give positive affirmations to yourself.

If we think good, do good, nothing bad can ever happen to us. There is already a lot of negative energy flowing in this world. We do not need more of it. Be the one who spreads positivity, attract positive energy , think positive, be happy, make others happy and never forget THE ENERGY OF THE UNIVERSE IS VERY POWERFUL!
